Perhaps you’ve heard of the Paleo Diet or the Caveman Diet….
It’s all the rage right now.
My husband is doing a 30 day Paleo Challenge (eat this way for 30 days and assess how you feel).
It’s like his version of a cleanse.
Check out his blog to learn all about it.
My friend Lindsey has some great Paleo recipes on her blog, too.
I’m incorporating a week of this type of eating into my cleanse.
…culminating in a trip to Bonge’s this weekend.
This type of flexibility is important to me – otherwise, 21 days would be impossible.
So I will go to Bonge’s and ENJOY. …then I will hop back on the cleanse horse for my last week starting Sunday.
….so easy….. even a caveman can do it.

Awesome info once again! Love that it has a name, Paleo Challenge. I’ve always thought, just eat from the earth or the sea. So, no meat either but fish is ok.

I wish we lived closer to a coast…… I love seafood – but am typically happier when it’s FRESH. (as I am happier with ALL food that is fresh!)
