New Recipe

Cauliflower Crust Pizza*

(I added a little almond meal for some texture)

1/2 Roasted Red Pepper Spread 1/2 Artichoke Spread

Both halves delicious.

Completely Grain Free and Yum-O

1 cup grated cauliflower

1 cup almond meal

2 eggs

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (not the nasty powdered stuff from a can)

1/2 t garlic powder

1 t oregano

a shake of onion powder

Preheat oven to 425 – put pizza stone in to warm if you have one.

Grate then steam cauliflower (don’t add water – just toss in microwave for 8 minutes to soften or steam in a colander until JUST soft)

Mix all ingredients

Spread over pizza stone – I used a circle of parchment to prevent sticking .

Bake 20 minutes.  Top as you like and enjoy.
